quiet retreat with excellent amenities

king size bed helpful staff free water

the location provided easy access to attractions with a manageable distance to the ferry terminal. the king size bed was very comfortable. the hotel staff were professional and helpful. free bottled water was provided in the room.

the room floor was constantly dusty. i suspect the floor isn't mopped regularly.

The reception had someone available at all times. staff cleaned rooms every day. laundry service was conveniently located right next door. This was helpful.

the air conditioning worked without any issues. the shower had good water pressure. the room size was generous. this gave me enough space to relax after a long day!!!

fantastic stay!

prime location daily service helpful staff comfortable bed

The location was prime. It was so easy to walk to major attractions. my room was always super clean because of the daily service. the staff at the 24-hour front desk were helpful with my late-night arrival. i also found the bed to be comfortable.

the room lacked a window, made the lighting a little dim at times.

coffee, water, and shampoo were supplied every day, a really nice touch. the locked box was big enough for my laptop. a kettle was available in the room for making tea or coffee.

The reception staff are so cute and nice. They even suggested a great breakfast spot. the staff members spoke excellent english and were very helpful . they provided assistance with directions and local tips, .

Although the restaurant was closed , many dining options are nearby. i found several restaurants within a short walking distance from the hotel. this made it easy to grab a meal whenever i wanted. The food was amazing!!!

some issues, acceptable stay

loud restroom restricted curtains

the room was located on the ground floor AND it was VERY noisy. guests from the next room returned late. there was a public restroom right behind the wall where the bed was, so cleaning noises began loudly each morning around 7:30 AM. i couldn't open the curtains because the path to the reception was there and everyone could see inside the room.
